I am struggling to login yet I have entered the correct username and password.

Make sure all your details are correct, check spaces at the beginning and end of username and password. The system reads space as character.

The www.eservices.gov.za portal does not have an MGE application tab.

You must first register and login to access the Sport, Arts and Culture icon on the landing page system. Then click MGE applications.

I have access www.eservices.gov.za but see half a page

For better response time a PC or Laptop not cellphone.
