
This conference explores the evolving landscape of records management in South Africa, where effective information governance remains fundamental to democratic accountability, legal compliance and institutional continuity. As societies become increasingly data-driven, records and archives continue to serve as critical instruments for transparency, access to information and the preservation of administrative and cultural memory.
Members of the public, universities, communities and/or traditional councils are hereby invited to nominate suitable indigenous knowledge holders to be considered for appointment to be considered for documentation as Living Human Treasures in line with the National Policy on South African Living Heritage.

Mckenzie invites members of the performing arts (Playhouse/Theatres) fraternity and the public to nominate persons to serve as members of Council for the following Performing Arts Institution (Cultural Institution): Performing Arts Centre of the Free State (Bloemfontein , Free State)

Oliewenhuis Art Museum invites South African visual artists to submit a solo exhibition proposal for consideration for placement on the Museum’s exhibition calendar.
Artists who meet the criteria for a solo exhibition will be shortlisted for placement on the exhibition calendar within the next four years, at one of the suitable gallery venues at Oliewenhuis Art Museum. Artists are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the various gallery options available. Outdoor exhibitions can also be accommodated within reason.
